Exactly as the title states, when you try to start the quest in order to exchange the white versal material for the next material to forge with, it doesn't allow me to start the quest and gives me a message that says something along the lines of "Quest could not be started".
You must only have 1 white versal materia in inven when talking to Glimmer man. I usually drop the rest and pick up quickly again after finishing the npc chat.
