IGN: Kizzlemon Problem: Missing 10~20ws, multiple equips Details: I've been on a hiatus for 186 days according to frederick and upon returning I noticed that i'm missing almost my entire equips tab, I know that the last time i logged on i gached a large amount and my equips tab and use tab was full and i also had a large amount of white scrolls if i remember correctly, the exact amount i do not remember. I still have all the equips i was wearing so I don't think i was hacked. Off the top of my head i remember i had some int bathrobes that are missing also and a close to full stack of onyx apples, cash shop inventory is also all missing.

before april 25th of this year I did not log on for 186 days before that, I know this because i retrieved some items from frederick and that was what was shown. That would make it Saturday, October 21, 2017
we checked your account out however we're not sure what you're missing or how it would've came to be. perhaps you're looking for the items that are on the other characters on the same account (6 in total) or your storage. There are no instances of half an inventory suddenly disappearing due to server errors during this timespan so at this point we have no reference of what to return nor no issue to blame on wich we would refund on our behalf
The thing that gets me most is that all my cash shop inventory in cash shop storage that was permanent and/or untradable are missing, ive checked every account and all inventorys and I don't see any of it. I'm sure I was not hacked because everything I had equipped is still there. Thanks for looking into it though !
