Hey everyone, I'm new to MapleRoyals and I'm enjoying it so far. Reached 2nd job advancement and climbing the ladder, but then there's that error code that ruins much of it for me (and a few others, it seems). Error code: -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002) It seems to crash the client everytime I: 1. show up in a somehow crowded area (e.g. Ch 1 FM) 2. switch maps 3. move in crowded areas 4. am in the FM and there's at least 1 moving player I've been avoiding the 4, but it reduces the fun of the game at all. I know there are threads of the same type, but they don't have solutions, or a solution that works (for me). I'll be avoiding crowded channels + areas until I find a solution. Thanks in advance. Side note: Is bumping/creating threads that have already been solved breaking the rules? I couldn't seem to find the rules and regulations of the forums (Game T&C ends up with an error)
Seems like the issue is you don't have the latest WZ files. Try downloading the installer from our website and see if that fixes your issue.
Reinstalled through the MapleRoyals installer. I guess I thought it was just some ordinary v.62 server. Thanks~ Well, other than that, I was kind of stupid enough to let a computer virus roam in my files for nearly a month without me taking notice. I've also got lots of registry problems earlier this morning. Sigh.
