Just checked the Donator Shop and you're completely right. There actually used to be a female version, I'm assuming that it was removed from the donator shop when it shouldn't have been.
This was never available for female. I looked right when the shop came out and it wasn't in there - unless it was one of the ones which were bugged and causing DC's, in which case I never saw it as I was promptly booted from the server. Lol.
