It was given by my friend who plays other server now and ive quited that other server myself and moving here. No RWT or swapping was done!

So to sum up so far, I have read the screenshots you sent me in private; your friend said that he dropped the items next to the Dark Lord, yet there is only one cape with these exact stats, and your friend was not the owner of this cape.
To be honest i really dont know where he did get it or something, ive known him very long time but such situations have never happened before or like where he just have lied or used someone or whatever. Only thing i know that i have not played any middleman and scammed someone for the cape and ofcourse i havent payed to anyone for any virtual item lol.
Then to assist you any further you're going to have to provide us with an IGN or I don't see this going any further, if your friend is innocent then I don't see why there is a problem to give us his IGN.

The person will remain anonymous, as will their screenshots, so once again, tell your friend it is with the utmost importance to give his IGN or you're going to remain permanently banned as right now what we have disproves everything you have told us so far.

I think this is some trick just to get my friend in and also get him banned for suspicious act or suspecting in RWT... Like I have told you there is only one 21 attack Pink Gaia Cape with the exact stats as the one you showed the whole server, and this is your appeal where it's up to you to prove you are innocent, so if you are unwilling to find out exactly how your friend obtained this cape, and since you just included it, the 23 Attack Brown Work Glove that you sold almost as soon as you obtained it, we are unable to verify anything you tell us.
Your friend has supposedly scammed a RWT, obtained his cape and then gave it to you, however without his IGN there is no way we can prove this is actually true.
Just take the cape away its not obtained legitly. I did not know he took it from real world trader... Im basically victim in 3rd party scam.
As I said before the evidence we have puts you as the person who scammed the RWTer, not your friend, so unless you have anything new to add then you will remain banned permanently.
Please show me the proof that i have actually scammed myself the real world trader. Because this is just pathetic, i havent taken no item off real world trader nor scammed anyone. All i can add here more is rest of the conversation where he tells what he did. He doesnt give me his IGN, i do not know why and like i sayd, its probably because hes scared to get banned himself. I cant know myself his IGN if he told me to loot in certain spot when he has droped items and changed channel and then told me where to loot it (channel).
