Your character isn't banned. Your girlfriend was however banned for 3 days for hate speech, and because you both (appear) to play from the same IP, you are caught in it as well, if I'm not mistaken you should still be able to access the game from a different IP. In the future she would need to make a forum account and make appeals for herself/post regarding herself. Also, tagging GM's/Staff and bumping every few minutes won't get your appeal seen sooner.
One of the staff will respond to your whitelist app and let you know when it's accepted/if more info is needed. So just be patient please!
