    Your best bet is to disable your antivirus and see what happens. I'm afraid I can't help you any further as I have not experienced these kind of issues before.

    Slightly off subject, but I use ESET NOD32 A/V and have not had any issues for the last decade.

    That anti-malware tool is a windows System regulated service. Theres no way to end the process that I have found yet. Im still working on figuring out the safest way to give access to all users to modify the process without making windows die. Il update if I find anything. For the time being try setting a page file for your computer it should help a bit. I.E if you have 8GB of ram dedicate 12,000 to minimum and 24,000 to maximum on the partition with your program files in it. Essentially its 1.5x/3x your total ram.

    You may have to exlcude it from windows defender every time you re-install, too
