3-4 Years back i join an GM event, i won the event and i got the Moon Star Chair as reward. Last year or Two year back i went into mapleroyal and visit my nostalgia feel of playing. The Moon Star Chair were still there. This year, I convinced my friend to play mapleroyal as soon as i get back into the game, The chair was gone. The chair was untradable, there's no reason that my account was hijacked. IGN: Inheritance
The last time i logged in was three year back. if i remember clearly last login was during Christmas 2015. I quited during halloween on the late October to mid November 2015. Edit: I remember clearly that the chair cannot be drop at all.
I am not able to confirm what happened to your chair somewhere between 2015 - 2017, and will not be able to offer you any sort of refund in this situation.
But the chair is not able to drop at all, how could it be automatically disappear from my inventory? i remember clearly that the chair cannot be drop at all.. I wonder if the admin do any investigation first before closing the case.. It's ridiculous that you guys want to close the case asap without any clear conclusion. Can you just check with my account log? This chair even come with the GM's tag on it.
There are no chairs that can't be dropped, with the exception of items purchased for RP. The conclusion is that I can't verify what you have done with this chair somewhere between 2015 - 2017.
