Can't open MapleRoyals

I think its about the Trend OfficeScan (any antivirus). and i cant shut it down. can someone help with this.

and when i install the setup, it doesnt give the client, only this ^ . and i cant install the client beacuse of : http://prntscr.com/4fmb98

There's nothing we can do. You have to disable or whitelist the files in the Antivirus in order to download and install MapleRoyals.

 

Well......... I cant disable this, do you know how maybe, or someone else who read the threat?
