IGN: CaiaBear Problem: AP Reset won't work Details: I'm a level 160 NL with 182 total dex and after leaving this problem on my character for months, I decided I should actually wash down. I bought an AP reset just for the lols once and tried to use it, it didn't work. After clicking (down) dex and (up) luk, the reset makes a sound then stays in my inventory. I asked GM Sof for assistance and he told me to try dropping the AP reset then picking it back up (didn't work) and also putting it in my cash inventory (took back out and still didn't do anything). Today my friend made a joke that he should try the reset so I gave it to him and it worked for him??????? So it must not be the reset, it must be me? But what prevents me from washing down my dex? I've had that original AP reset for months and it never worked I don't know how to capture it not working by images but I have a video of what happens when I use the AP reset (watch it do nothing) that I originally sent to Sof. BUT it was using my phone and I know phone evidence doesn't count towards ban appeals so I didn't upload it here. Can upload upon request (or just staff cc Sof).
There are not any known character specific issues with AP resets, but there are some with cash items in general, did you only try it using that same AP reset?
You can ignore my previous post. The problem is that you were given 5 AP from your last AP refund thread that you should not have received, you are currently at 835 AP when you can only have 830 at your level. I will be removing your current unused AP and 3 additional points from either LUK or DEX, the choice is yours.
