Horntail crash

Hi guys,
Not sure if I am in the right section. However I tried to buy HTP VIP two days in a row.
And even though I GFX after body shows up (hpbar including) I keep dcing after a certain moment.
The game runs fine, internet is fine it is just a random crash.

How am I supposed to get a HTP if I keep dcing?
This is not only for me, but also the sellers a problem since they miss 2b of payments now.

Any suggestions?

I kept gfxing every few mins and started at lowest quality instead of highest.. Worked out..
