You bought this Robo, right? Educating smart pets is exclusive to that pet. Dragons only have the evolving one. I did both Educating smart pet quests on both my quest specialists.
Yup, I bought that exact Robo, hoping to get the educating smart pets quest, but it's not showing up for me. I also bought the dragon for the evolution, but I know that's for level 15 Edit: So the quest doesn't pop up like an event quest would as a light bulb over your character. But I also previously visited Bartos once and he didn't have any available quests. Now he does have the two available quests, the only thing that have changed is that my pet is the Lead pet, and that it's level 4. So that may explain why I wasn't receiving it earlier (I did try putting all pets and only summoning one, that didn't work).
I'm not very invested so far but is the quest specialist still available? It isn't showing up on the list of medals.
As the top of the guide says, you can only have one title challenge in progress. Forfeit PQ Mania and you'll be able to accept it.

Its working. Now i got the crumpled piece of paper in the inv, i can drop it right? The pet quests are indeed working, but they stay always available to restart and if you do restart them (as i did) they disappear fro the completed quest tab ALSO, pet snack thing quest in which you buy the 2.5k pet snack from CS, works but no quest is added to the completed list, so theres no point doing it.

Found 2 more Missable Quests, both called "The Lost Piece of the VIP Ticket". You activate them by throwing away the Ripped Travel Tickets you get from Kevin in the "VIP Ticket to Florina Beach" quest. Similar to throwing away the Magic Seed in the Swallow's Seed quest. If you throw away both Ripped Travel Tickets, Kevin will give you a quest called "The Lost Piece of the VIP Ticket", where he gives you back the two tickets. If you throw away only one Ripped Travel Ticket, Kevin will give you a different quest, also called "The Lost Piece of the VIP Ticket". You can complete both quests on one character.

Not sure if you can count then as hidden-quests, but 4 new quests shows up when you get bob's snail shell (you need to have the quest jay's curiosity active). Maybe someone could explain me how to finish the Boss mob quests (e.g. Faust or Dyle in Victoria Island) The monsters do not spawn for me whatever method I try. Someone know?
Just go to the map they spawn and kill some mobs, if they don't spawn, change channel and try again. If you can't find then doing so, someone must have killed the boss before and you need to wait a few hours to then spawn.
