So I've been doing this quest to get time leap and it takes extremely long to do, it took me like more than 2 hours just to get the tachions and I still need the powder etc From what I remember in old source it didn't take that long to beat the quest. It's kinda absurd that the prequest for this boss is far harder than the boss itself, with mobs having terrible spawn in huge maps and with terrible drop rates. I'd suggest either increasing the drop rate of the quest etcs by a lot, increasing the mob spawn rates (this master death teddy maps was a popular map for fp mages but here it's terrible) or simply reduce the amount of etcs you need to finish this quest/make them tradable. With the quest being that long almost nobody is going to kill Pap cause it's simply not worth it, even the 30 fame it gives isn't really worth the time you spend as you could easily do something else like selling leech or apq and buy like 100 fame or more by the time you'd finish the quest
Prequests for bosses are supposed to be long, otherwise you feel no real accomplishment when you get to actually face the boss, I think that the papu Prequests are fine as they are. I just did mine last week, took me about 3.5-4 hrs (with a shadower) not that absurd.
Cause they are far easier lol. Krex prequest only requires you to kill mobs who all have high spawn and are easy to kill, while the etcs you need are all tradeable and can be given by people leeching there Zak is also easy after you do the JQ a few times, and the gold teeth can be bought. In pap however the mobs have terrible spawn and drop rates and their items are untradable too, and they're also in uncommon maps where nobody grinds. Also unlike Zak/Krex who are rewarding and give the best helm in the game and good EXP Pap gives nothing except some NX and books
The whole ludibrium area excluding Chronos need a huge buff for their spawn. It would be truly nostalgic to be able to grind there with decent exp/h ratio like the good old times.
The drop rates for Tachion/Mysterious Powder is far from 2x what it was in GMS, so they will be significantly buffed with the coming update, which has already been planned with the ETC drop rate fixing we mentioned that is coming. To be completely accurate, Piece of Cracked Dimension A/B are also receiving an increased drop rate, while the Ludibrium Medal and Piece of Cracked Dimension C are having their rates lowered.
