i see. i would assume by your demeanor that realistically, attempting to recover this account is most likely a lost cause. however, would you mind disclosing to me by what means this assertion has been verified? since you have brazenly given notably little (or rather, absolutely none) detail. interesting method of dealing with appeals, almost like you're attempting to provoke a reaction to make an individual look bad; that, or a remarkable degree of laziness for the administration of a community of this size especially. but seeing as this isn't meant to be a personal attack, i suppose that is besides the point.

I have reviewed the evidence, and it still holds for the fact that I banned you for macro-botting for the following reasons. Reason is simple - you casted buffs at the same intervals for more than 3 minutes, and supposedly longer since you were training in the map for at least 2 hours already, and failed to reply to players who asked you to respond. Only after about 5 or 6 minutes, then you replied "zzzzzzzz".

Hope my respond isn't considered as "lazy".

    Now, care to explain why?

your response contains something i can work with and at least a decent degree of detail, so yes, it is at least much more appropriate as a response to a ban appeal; props to you for that. now, moving on to address the content of your message.

first of all, the assertion that i was casting buffs at the same intervals for more than 3 minutes. buffs have durations, and you need to recast them (hs, mw, etc) in order to reap the benefits. since the durations do not fluctuate randomly, the recast intervals will have to also accordingly not fluctuate drastically randomly to consistently benefit. that being said, an extremely accurate recast interval would obviously be the work of a bot; however i'm certain i was not recasting them at that kind of mechanical accuracy, if one was looking closely/paying close attention they would notice that. the delays in attacks between casts, as well as the delays between the casts themselves, would all vary (again, taking into consideration i need to recast within the duration period of the effect to continue to reap benefits, and even then, i'm certain sometimes i would take longer and the effects would expire for a short while) i wasn't using any kind of particular pattern, but i know i wasn't keeping track of the number of attacks in between recasts so that must have been changing, and if someone was to attempt to count, i'm quite certain it would be different each time.

all i remember is that i would genesis a bunch of times, and then buff in between while moving to the left a little (this also would be random, inconsistent distances that i would be moving) to reset the attack counter so i could keep going. as far as not responding to people for a few minutes, sometimes people would come in and ask if i was botting and as they watched for a little while, they would notice i make some different movements and they would go away, kind of annoying to constantly say no im not (and even then, sometimes i would say something pretty fast if i was feeling less lazy). i would think all the smegas i would send out practically daily would hopefully show people that i'm actually there in front of my pc. seeing as you confirmed the nature of the report, i remember those people coming around pretty clear. these people decided to stay and start repeatedly claiming that i was botting, which got annoying after a few minutes and i also realized that it could be dangerous to say absolutely nothing for a lengthy period. so even though i felt kinda lazy, i didn't let them go very long laughing at me/mocking me like that.

"supposedly longer" in the context used above is a flagrant assumption and one hell of an assertion that most likely the original reporters made, which is completely unfounded considering they jumped to the assumption i was botting pretty much instantly and also stated they started recording very shortly after they initially observed the behavior. not sure how you want to explain that i know that if i was actually afk botting. just in general, if someone is afk botting, idk about you but i would expect them to have a response time far longer than "about 5 or 6 minutes". this, however, you may scrap up to some kind of lucky timing or something on my part, once again based on your demeanor (and also i suppose due to the fact that i got banned in the first place with that as the "evidence").

i suppose i should retain my stance that this endeavor of recovering my account is most likely a lost cause as i originally thought. i also have nothing more i could say, so i'll leave it at that. i hope y'all have a good life.
