whatttttt???? I mean are U serious?...hacking???.....hacking on what man?.....I was leveling up normally as usual, I make finally my 3r job has a priest, and I was farming in mp3 !!!..... I mean c´mon man!, hacking??? ... I love this game, and it cost me like a lot lvl up my caracter and make the mesos to buy some equipment!, I play this game cause of that!, and know then I start to really enjoy it, U banned me?...and cause of hacking???....I really don´t understand .....pliz, can you explain me the real reasons, or tell me exactly what I was "hacking"? thanks again for your quick attention, and pliz, cooperate whit me...I really like this game...

well i really have no idea men, but, I can tell you this, last time i play this game, it was like 3 or maybe 4 months ago, and i played in my work computer in the office...and to be able to connect to the game and played, i have to use a vpn aplication named hotspot shield, im not sure how its works, but it replace my ip addres for another one, and that´s how i was able to connect in the game and play..... I share that computer with other 2 guys in the job...and another computer was connected to the same switch or router, and in that computer another guy play the game to, using the same services of vpn... that´s it...i dont know more...in fact i was banned like 2 times in the past cause the other guy voted for nx in the same conecction... so...it wasn't my computer... thanks for your cooperation and quick attention! and im so sorry for be so annoying but im really want to play this game again with my character...

well honestly no, I was not aware of that, cause last time I make a ban appeal, cause i was not able to access to the game, I notify then i was using a VPN to connect me into the game...and U not tell me or aware me nothing about not being supose to use it... in fact U tell me that day: " make sure your VPN isnt adding any banned default MAC addresses to your connection"... and im sorry...i was not aware of that... but it was the only way I have to be able to connect into the game in the office where i was working... But has i was saying, im was not hacking nothing, or doing something illegal like hacking... my account is legal, and my farming and my mesos and items... i just wanna keep playing the game whit my character and account...and now, i will be more carefull with all that issues, and rules... and again, and sorry, i was not aware about that rule and thes public VPNs are permanently banned due to hackers using them...
you should be able to log in now, make sure you get private VPN access or connect to the game normally
