I didnt played for like 2 years, so im pretty someone logged in ti my account and did it.. thats why i had to change my password 2 days ago cuz someone probably take over and change it If u consider to help me and realse the id ill really appreciate Thanks for the help!
I dont have a clue, My name here is my id name so i might need to change it too. All i know is someone change my password cuz when i tried log in few days ago i had to change it cuz it wasnt a match..
looking into your account history and at your appeal hasnt convinced us that you were taken advantage of
and all we know is that your character was logged in, partied up and hacking at zakum as we have video evidence of it
no since thats not solid evidence as IP changes are the most frequent and easily available changes that people do on this game
So lets start from the beginning.. how should i prove to u i didnt hack so u have no doubt to let me play again and give me back my char
either you or someone else on your account was breaking the game rules. your account wasnt victim to a mass hacking, its likely you either: - hacked on your account yourself - shared account information with someone and they used your account to hack - sold your account as you quit playing
