IGN: Venin2 Problem: 2 Chaos Scrolls cannot be looted Details: Incident occured roughly servertime 13:15+, Thu, Jun 14 2018 So what happened was, I agreed to trade with someone my 2 chaos scrolls for his 60 ap resets. At around time stated, he dropped his 30 apresets first, which I did loot on my character Volt (v o i t). I then dropped my 2 chaos scrolls for him to loot. At this point, none of us can loot (neither my 2 chars over there Venin2 and Volt as well as the trader). I am very very positive that he did not scam me (he claimed to not have looted the 2 scrolls) because right after I dropped it, he went to trade me using the trade function and I tried to loot my scrolls back. Unfortunately, I still see the scrolls floating on the floor and in less than 30seconds, it disappeared. Could I have a refund for 2 chaos scrolls? There is no chaos scroll in my inventories so I had to smega "B>2ws/cs for 1b coin" a few minutes later and got it in order to complete my trade with the AP reset seller. No screenshots/video were taken because setting up the recording takes a few more seconds on top of realising that I could not loot the scrolls and by then being less than 30seconds, the scrolls would have already disappeared before I could react.
The trade button is there for a reason. Since you dropped it instead of trading it like anyone else would, I don't see why we should offer a refund. Also, before you ask, I test dropped a Chaos Scroll and it kept floating for more than a minute. So from the way it looks 1) He scammed you - he looted but lied OR he went onto a mule to on vac hack 2) Someone else came in and vac-ed it, although unlikely unless that hacker is super lucky to get the place and time right.
Thanks for the quick reply~ When you test dropped it, did you try dropping apresets first? 1. he dropped 30 apresets 2. i looted all 30 apresets 3. i dropped 2 chaos 4. then less than 30seconds, the 2 chaos scrolls disappeared Edit: Also, is this similar to the NX eq drop bug? I heard some people dropped NX eq first, together with some non-NX eq, then tried looting it with another char but they claimed that the NX can be looted but not the non-NX eq. Last I've seen someone reported this was probably late last year.

Sorry to trouble you,u're right. looks like the few second disappear thing is not happening. But I did not see you attempting to loot the chaos scrolls yourself.
?????????????????????????????????????? You didn't mention anything about looting it. Nonetheless, I tested it out again by: 1) Dropping AP reset 2) Looting it 4) Dropping CS 5) Waited about 2 mins, and looting it successfully.
Please be careful the next time you trade. It's best you use the trade function rather than drop-trading it as things can go sideway very quickly (e.g. someone hack-vacced it, etc). Sorry for your 1b loss.
