@Tim Yes, there was no sale made. It was supposed to have been sent to Fredrick as it was in my shop when it closed but he did not have it. I used 30 for Zak quest way before this issue, then bought 60 as I was planning to keep 30 for my other char, and sell 30. I put 30 in shop, shop closed after a day, checked with Fredrick and they were not there.
If you'd like for me to go into detail about what I purchased originally, then I'd like to add on my previous post. There were 3 Gold teeth I hunted for, purchased the 27, and the additional 30 were purchased on a separate timeline. It wasn't a bulk purchase of 60 that I made. The end result of 30 going missing after closing my shop remains the same. All of this is after I obtained my first 30 and completed the Zak prequests. Hope this helps.
I guess I have no choice but to go by your word. It's very unfortunate that they can go missing due to a glitch and there will be no record of it. There goes mesos down the drain. It seems the only way to ensure I don't lose out on mesos is to keep a screen shot of every single opening and closing of a shop along with extracting items from Fredrick. How unfortunate. Thanks for looking into this though.
