error code: -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)

I have heard that MapleRoyals is one of the best maplestory private servers out there so i wanted to try it out. But I can not get on because i keep getting this error"error code: -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)"
Basically I click on the MapleRoyals client and it loads up, It shows The white screen with Nexon in the middle, then it shows Wizet with the arrow. Then it crashes and gives me that error, Someone please help.

 

Are you running on Windows 8? If so, try to run it with administrator privileges and run it in compatibility mode- which one varies per person. Some people have success with XP, some Windows 98.

 

Try changing your screen resolution to-do this right click on the desktop and then click Screen Resolution then switch to 1360 x 768 or 800 x 600 and test opening the launcher again if its the problem fixed

 

I am running on Windows 7, any idea how to fix that? i have reinstalled/downloaded royals like 4 times so far today, currently re downloading for 5th time, May be a bit of over kill

I uninstalled literally every file that had to do with maplestory. And i redownloaded royals. so far im enjoying it a lot.
