NL Washing. Start New or Continue?

    Hey, I played way back and quit for 2 years. Totally lost. I need to know if I should restart my NL or not for Zak/HT since that's the main reason to play.

    Job: Hermit
    Level: 95
    Current HP: 4452
    Current MP: 1476
    Current Base Int: 120
    Int Gear Total Int: 90

    Is this too low?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    you will need 250more total int to achieve 10k hp at lv 155 which is like the min hp w/o hb to survive in HT nowadays

    better start new character, 250ap reset can buy enough leech to lv95
