If you're wondering what I'm basing this from, I'm taking a Silver Deputy Star and downgrading the price due to some key factors like:

• No Luk, that means no additional Acc. bonus for Warriors
• 2 less Dex, less Acc. and damage
• 1 Less Int, less Int for HP Washing
• +1 Str, more DPS which gives it an extra 10M from usual Spiegalman Necklace's of this caliber of 20M.
