There is no current ban for the character SlashDieYou. I suggest waiting until the server has stabilized to try logging in again, and report back if you still have a problem.

@Kai Yes, I have only been active on that specific account and character SlashDieYou. And I haven’t done any illegal things at all in royals

 

On our side it shows you own more than one account. Care to explain why you insist on only have one account?

 

I own more than one? Clearly i only have SlashDieYou and I only played this character throughout my entire royals time. what you mean I have more than one account? I totally can’t relate to what are you saying

 

@Tim can i ask if that login ID is censored? are you able to check? if it is, i can justify the reasoning.

that account was created many months back when i was looking for a private server to play. then i stopped playing that account due to slow leveling and uninstall royals.

i got bored thereafter trying several servers around then i came to royals unknowingly and decided to try it out again, which i did not know i already had an account here so i created one more account which have SlashDieYou(active), ShootDieYou(inactive in maple island). i came to realize the account ID when i back at royals webpage when the search bar pop up censored, i totally cannot recall any info of that account until you tell me MrSG

if i rmb correctly MrSG is still a beginner job character, and i totally forgotten the details of that account other than the login ID.
despite me knowing the previous login ID and the current one, i did not abuse the votes as i knew it is an offense to do so in royals.

will appreciate the admins to review the case and revert accordingly.

i am not sure though but i have moved in to my new house for the past 1 year and played royals for 3-4 months now.
probably i will try to restart my router and wifi system to see the outcome.

according to @Muff , server is now facing some stablity issues?

Try tethering your mobile data and see whether you can login. If you can, then it might be possible that your IP you're using is banned. Reasons only Tim know.

I don't suggest playing using mobile data - only use that to test my hypothesis.
