Closed Missing Item

Problem: Find my White Scroll missing when i login.
Details: I remember put White Scroll at Storage Keeper or put on my another character,but i can't find.

 

did you scroll anything after receiving your white scroll?

 

i remember didnot

 

There are currently no issues with stored items disappearing. Dropped & npced items are not refunded since that would constitute a player error.

Friendly reminder: Take caution and trade your valuables (e.g. White Scrolls). Don’t forget to store them right away to avoid unintentionally using a White Scroll when scrolling!
