IGNs: xSaIvation, xMonado, Santoryo, RuleBreaker Months ago i was banned for vote abuse, How can you perma ban me for my first time abusing while your rules says that ("The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours. Punishment: First offense - 14 day ban") I quit this game for a good 5-8 months , but when I came to try and login to my accounts it shows that my account is still banned If you're banning perma it isn't even a warning while your rules states that 1st offense is 14 days ban (Warning).. Muffin told me earlier that i abused a lot with voting but if i was warned i would've stopped (everyone would've) so imo , he was saving himself by saying "that i abused a lot with voting" he should've caught me earlier and warned.

Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense. We can permanently ban you for you first time, because of what the rules say. It is not up to us to babysit everyone on voting and make sure they are not abusing, when the voting rules are outlined and linked on the vote page and shown in the terms and conditions, to which you agreed to upon account creation. I'm also not sure when or where I had a previous conversation with you about this, and blaming me for you breaking the rules is utterly wrong.
Ok i completely understand, Can you unban me? you can take out all mesos and items that i spent mesos on and just take all of my NX. i just want something to do in my holiday i need my chars back where i can start making mesos legally this time. And I totally understand while it won't happen again.
