Closed Beginner's Mount

Well! I rushed into finishing the newly added mount quest for beginners, and I did get the hog itself and his saddle, but I didn't seem to get the actual Monster Rider skill itself.
I might be missing something, but I think I looked at it all
Not urgent but I'd love to see it fixed and all~
