i can get to the character selection screen without entering the pin, that is what makes us unable to enter the PIC and get into the game, even if its correct.
You only need to enter PIN when you login from a different place from your last successful login. PIN and PIC are both separate system, so I'm not sure what's the problem you're facing.
So after I enter my username and password in the client I get to the channel selection screen, without the pin being entered. The pin screen does not even pop up. And after I select a channel and get to the character selection screen I double click a character and get the enter pic tab, I enter my pic which I know is 100% the right one and I still get the incorrect pic message. Im guessing the problem is that the enter pin screen does not even show up in the begining. That's what makes me unable to enter the pic correctly.
Nope, the issue you explained isn't an issue at all - it's intended. If you're getting wrong PIC, means you entered your PIC wrongly. I have been logging in and out the whole day without having to enter my PIN, and my PIC works fine when I entered it. You'll have to wait till the control panel on the website to be fixed and you can reset your PIC.
