I see no ban for your character. Do you connect with a VPN? If not, try rebooting your modem, router, and computer and see if you still have issues.

I have moved your thread to technical support, as you are not banned if you can't connect to the game at all. That message means you have a connection problem towards the server, maybe try a different way to access the game, such as mobile hotspot. Also make sure your files are updated, if you downloaded the game yesterday they will be. Since there are not any known connection problems from our end, it would mean something with your ISP, and connection from your location is blocking you, something we can't solve for you.
