As from the title, one of my accounts has had its password changed without me knowing it. I do not know exactly when this happened, but the earliest was when I tried to log in to the website a week ago or so, and couldn't do so. At that time I thought it was just a bug and left it at that, but now I am facing a similar issue when trying to log in to the game. Please help. Thank you. EDIT: I have used the password recovery feature to log back in to my account, and it seems like most of my items are still intact. My question is now why and who changed my password in the first place? My equips were also neatly arranged in order...... EDIT2: My olivia chair is gone, I have a screenshot to maybe prove it.... EDIT3: The first photo shows my set-up inventory where I lack a olivia chair and a no fear chair as shown on the bottom right where my mouse is. The second photo shows my character sitting on a olivia chair which I possessed at one point in time. Although this is not the best proof, it's the best I've got at the moment.
Well, I know my original password, and only I know it. I haven't logged into the game for quite some time, lets say 2 or 3 weeks? So I decided to log back in one fine day using my original password. But it did not work. That's how I know my password was changed unknowingly.
Do you mean the error I get when I tried to log in previously? I did not take a screenshot of that, I'm sorry. But I have recently changed my password like mins ago, I hope that is a record that the GM's can see. EDIT: It was just a regular error saying my password entered was wrong, I didn't think to screenshot that as I felt it was such a common error to have.
