My account was locked due to entering too many incorrect pics. Is there anyway to unlock my account and reset the pic?
Hi, i am also having the same problem here. But i was able to login until this morning when i tried to login, it said it was locked due to too many invalid PICs attempts
Send an inbox message to Andreas or Tim with your: account id email registered to account date of birth registered to account pin and kindly request your PIC so you can write it down afterwards.
