Why do you think you got banned?: I'm pretty sure it's not a ban (since I haven't logged in for months), but I do recieve an odd messsage (as seen below). Ban message when attempting to log in: "This account is premanently blocked from logging in due to too many invalid login attempts". I'm not sure if it's a ban (since I have never been banned before). It does say my account is "permanently blocked" though, but it says the reason is too many invalid login attempts. I specifically have never tried my password more than twice or three times and failed, so someone might have tried to log in to my account or something (if it's not a ban). I did reset my password (just changed it honestly) twice through the website and I tried resetting the modem but it didn't work. Thanks and have a good day
