IGN: iSnorLex Problem: PIN and PIC setup without my knowledge and item gone by visual on character selection screen. Details: We got an update on 5/7/2018, I download the new file and install the game. right after I install the game, i login my account immediately. its stated my account is logged in. I thought its a error of new update, but I can log in to my other side account and got the PIN and PIC setup. I saw my Character is in cash shop by using /find on my side account. I thought its a error occur by new update (Cash Shop Stuck). So I wait until today I was able to login to my account, but the PIN number is not what I used to set on my account, and of course this account is not set any PIN and PIC by me yet. But its appear to have PIN setup and PIC. I pass through the PIN by simply guessing 1234, but I can't get into game because someone set the PIC which I didnt set. I NEED HELP
