Closed My account was hacked.

    Problem: My account was hacked.
    Details:
    3 days ago I decided to play Royals again. When I tried to log in, I faced an error which told me that I can't log in due to many failed login attempts.
    This caused me to be suspicious, whether has someone hacked in my account or not.
    Right this moment Tim has unlocked my account. I got the account and all of my money is gone. Some equips and scrolls are gone too.
    I don't remember exactly which equips and how many white scrolls / chaos scrolls (I just remember I had), but I can tell you for 100% that I had 2.1b in my bank and they just disappeared.
    I guess someone hacked in my account, and traded those 2.1b to someone else.
    If you could please check with your logs (or however you can) who is the character that stole my money and hacked in my account - I will very much appreciate it.

    I have looked over our logs, and I can't find anything that points towards you having been hacked due to a security issue from our side, the hacker knew your account information prior to accessing your account, information which has not been obtained from us.
    Because of that I will not be able to offer you any refund for any items you may have lost.
