By grinding for a few weeks. You can check everything you want, I did not do anything wrong and all of the teeth that I amassed was done so through farming.
GeneVgl, my main. OakenTale is a F/P that i'm trying to raise to a lvl where I can sell leech. Don't know if you have the ability to check the amount of time I spent in-game but, if you could, you'd find that my main's level is disproportionately low for the amount of time I spend in-game. Most of that is due to the fact that I farm at Dead Mine II a lot. Good gear don't come cheap.
I don't really understand the question but, I usually farm the gold teeth for a week or so before I sell them off, usually a stack of 200 or so. If you want the specific amount of time I farm on average, I am unable to give you that because I did not keep track nor did it ever occur to me to keep track of the amount of time I spend farming. As stated in my previous reply, I farm a lot. Apologies if I've not answered the question, if you could be more specific that would help.
Exclusively on my DK. Every other character in my accounts are too low lvl to be feasible farming characters.
