I have read through the ToS located at https://royals.ms/forum/threads/mapleroyals-game-terms-conditions.86769/ ... and I have yet to find any information in which I can be blamed for. Once again, Can I be advised as to why I was banned?

a. it was given to me by a friend that introduced me to the server, said he was quitting, so i did not commit his IGN's to memory.
b. the clause you mentioned in your first quote is whimsical, and does allows for everything, including " i don't like that you used the word 'legal', so you are banned".
c. second quote infers "upon breach" which I am alleging i am not. no where in the quote does it state I can be banned for suspicion.
d. third quote deems that my actions somehow impeded or damaged the integrity of the game, to which is being alleged, not proved.

if a cape being given to me is such an issue, can you just delete the cape? I am a 30 year old man with a mortgage, 4 kids, car payments, and actual real world bills. If an old friend giving me an item is an issue, delete said item or roll my acct back to when i got said item. i don't care. either way, I did not violate ToS, you are not providing any evidence to the contrary, and I have no issue with you getting rid of said item.

and as I reach out to my friend, please point me ToS that states I have to get friends to disprove suspicion of Real World Trading. Also, you have yet to address a patrons request to prove that you are a Non-Profit, in which is required by US Law. While we are waiting for my Amigo to wake up and respond, Please provide a link that shows that you have authority to distribute copy righted material. if this can not be provided, please provide me with a link to a disclaimer that absolves Maple Royals and its affiliates from any legal action, including copy right, DMCA, patents, from Nexon Corp. If this can not be provided, I am officially requesting a total of all hours my account was active in Maple Royals as well as a direct contact either email, phone, or mailing address for your legal department.
