Hi, Recently my account had a set pin and pic code which i didnt set because i didnt play the game for about 3 weeks or something. Tim the GM reset the pin and pic for me and when i entered my main character, all of my good stuff was gone worth a lot of mesos in items and mesos in my storage and in my acc + scrolls. Can another GM help me with the problem and help me track the person and try to give my items back or give me some kind of compensation for my problems? IGN:Monsta
We don't offer any form of compensation in cases where we don't have reasonable doubt to believe that we were in a position to prevent this from happening, in your case the hacker knew your account information, information that has not been obtained from us, for that reason I can't refund you anything. Anyone we suspect were involved has been dealt with already.
Ok I understand, but if you think the person that was involved with hacking my account has been dealt with, can you atleast take the items that he stole from me and transfer them to my character, I can make a list of what is stolen , it is basically my money and all the equipment i wear. Im more concerned about my equipment than the mesos itself.
I can't offer to do that. Like I mentioned we don't give refunds if the problem is out of our control to begin with, we don't have the means to be responsible for how you handle the account information you provided. If you use a secure and unique password for your MapleRoyals account there is nothing that suggests that this will ever happen again.
What I am asking for is not a refund. A refund is a repayment of a sum of money. I had a similiar problem with another maplestory server that got taken down before and it took the person helping me a day to track my items and give what of them was left in the account of the person that hacked my account. I am not asking for a refund, I am asking to get back the stuff that were stolen from me or atleast what is left of them.
We have no evidence that you lost your items due to a problem from our side, meaning like I said, we don't offer to refund you for this.
