After the quick maintenance that has just happened (12/07/2018) my NX Hat and Cape have disappeared.... I have no screenshots cause I didn't really expect something like this to happen but the items that are missing are Sweetwater Hat and the Sweetwater Cape. I wouldn't be too bothered if it was basic NX items but they're donator items which I'd really like back.... My Character name is Katera
I believe this might of needed to be in character issues but I am unsure as it seems like a bug to me as well, please move accordingly if this thread is in the wrong place...
Thanks for the update, I can provide any proof of purchase on the RP if needed as I know I do not have donator status. That is because I don't know how to apply/update my forum account to donator status...
It's now been 3 days since the items have disappeared I'd like to know when I and I am sure others would be receiving their items back as it really shouldn't of taken this long to replace them especially when you know what the cause is and that it is newer items that were missing. This is rather concerning when it involves real money and the support has been silent and slow.
I am very sorry for the delay. I am in the process of issuing the RP refunds now, shouldn't take too long... I'll update the thread once complete. Edit - Now done. We had hoped to have fully understood the cause of the issue before refunding players. But unfortunately we still don't know why these items are going missing, and have not been able to replicate the issue on an exact copy of the server locally. Please provide the name of the character, and the name of the name of the item that disappeared.
Hello, I also have the same problem. I bought the Angelic Quote ring (5 RP) a week ago and now it has disappeared. My IGN is Resplendence.
