Crashing After Inputting PIC

    Hi, this issue only started today.

    After the server check, my game would load for a few seconds and then crash, so I redownloaded it. Now I can manage to get to character select, but as soon as I input my PIC and press OK, I crash. I redownloaded it twice and it's still happening. Is there any solution to this?

    Sometimes it just happens. Try to restart your computer or something. I've sometimes had try a few times and then it just works. Also make sure your computer/anti-virus isn't blocking certain files. Some files are read as a false-negative by anti-virus

    I restarted my computer and at first it crashed upon opening but now it works. Thanks!
