So, i got to tim's thread about the dc issues he tested and he recommended to download vmware which is preventing dc in bosses,
i've tried to login from vmware but i barely can go in ch 1 fm for example, its EXTREMELY screen freezing.

    http://prntscr.com/k9fueg

    my pc running on
    CPU: Intel Core i7 7700 3.6Ghz 8MB Cache
    RAM: HyperX Predator 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz

I'm not that pc expert or something like that, if you guys suggest me idm reinstalling to 4gb of ram.
i want to try today the blackcats ht with the vmware but ifeel like i wont be able to focus on the lags.

Edit: So i tried to reinstalling windows and making it to 4gb, everything i do is just so delayed and freezing, cannot focus.

Edit2: Do i have to install something else? besides chrome and royals?

Check if you have VMware tools installed. You don't need 3 cores to run VMware & maple, limit it to 1-2. Increasing ram doesn't reducle lag as you already had more than enough before, set it to 2GB. You don't have to reinstall Windows to resize ram.

You didn't mention which os you installed. If it's windows 7 you definitely have to install DirectX end user runtime. (I don't understand why it's not included in the royals setup). Then there's ways to reduce running services and increase performance in windows by default but try these first.

There has been issues with two monitors before. Try this workaround.
    VM->Settings->Display->Monitors->Select specify monitor settings.
    Number of monitors: 1
Maximum resolution: what ever you like, i prefer 1280x720.

While you are on the display settings, double check that you have ticked Accelerate 3D graphics & you have allocated at least 1GB of graphics memory.

https://prnt.sc/k9gwho is normal, it's not an error

i see you have 2gb ram and 2 cpu assigned to ur vm.
when you run ur maple in the vm, can you open task manager > performance.
    show me the CPU usage

can you send a picture of processes sorted by cpu usage so we can see what is using up 83%. Also if you didn't already you should enable virtualize Intel VT-X/EPT in the processors tab on your vm settings.

you need more CPU for the VM
rams about 2GB is sufficient for mapleroyals in the VM

next, assign 2x core and 2x processor for your VM making it 4 cores in total

then download this tool in both the VM and main laptop. it gives a lot of info about your PC and stuffs
    https://filehippo.com/download_speccy/

then try again to run the royals in the VM and run the speccy tool while you are at it
see what is the CPU utilization again then let us know the feedback here.

I forgot to mention that @Hampa came to me ingame to help me, and i really appreciate it! i also appreciate tomi and @ArmyPenguin for your trying to help.
the issue has been solved already, so i dont need todo any further things anymore.
The issue was i updated to vmware 12 from 6 (vmware 6 was from tim's guide and i updated in mid of installing the windows and its caused the problem), i assuming just not to use vmware 12 and 6 is the right thing to use (if someone has screen freezing issues).
    Ty guys!
