I know there are people here that do not like me,including a couple of gms.
So it will be nice for them that I am leaving.

But to be honest, this is not a perfect game and people can't be expected to be perfect.
I tried to stand up for myself and got slammed.
Mostly by people I don't even know.

It is quite frustrating, that if you don't reply to someone you are considered botting.
If you Do respond to someone who has ksed you 3 times in the past week,and you get so angry that you call them some
names that ricochet in this game like flies by LOTS of people,you get banned also.
It's a matter of black gray and white here.
Black and White - hacking botting acct sharing vote abuse using 3rd party shit....
Gray- language- ksing- forgetting your info- harrassment-etc.
I refuse to be a victim of the gray area.

So, it should be quieter here now that I am gone.
Not gonna miss anyone except for certain ppl in the shoutbox I have had conversations with in PMs
that I consider good people.
Don't care if no one will miss me.
On to better games....

I have followed the ban appeals leading up to this moment and it's hard for me to understand how it could happen.
Are a lot more people involved than I as a casual player can see? Are things going on below the surface which the majority of us can not take part of? I don't know but it's sad to see how a rather silly event leads to such ban chase and debate, and someone leaving the game.
To me it looks like someone joked about getting offended, a joke which actually offended the "offender".

I've never met him. Maybe I've been lucky.
There's definitely more to things than appeals can show. It becomes clear to me, reading this thread.
But it seems like people are mocking back? It doesn't seem nice. If someone is bad, and they get their punishment, then you don't need to treat them as bad anymore. They should be "punished clean". If we don't think the current punishments are good enough then there's something wrong with the system. T&C should be updated.

 

I've never met anyone in the lyka lynching squad but I do agree with you, Zerato, that the T&C should be updated. There is a plan to review it and hopefully it'll reduce the burden on staff and stop such disputes.

We can all do with more graciousness be it in ob5 or elsewhere.

I wasn't back. I was selling all my items from the storages. That's all. I can't even open a shop w/o being banned. This server is ....
The nitpicking is ridiculous. Don't worry.. someday you will get a lame ass ban and see how it feels. So ridiculous. The game is meant for 7 yr olds as you cant cuss, you can't say certain words, you can't breathe w/o a gm banning you for something stupid. This last ban I'm pretty sure is due to the person being a friend to the gm. Because I didn't say ANYTHING harassing to this cry baby person. maybe u guys should look at the ppl reporting such lameness. I ran my shop on and off for 3 weeks and didn't play any part of this server.
I am playing a game now that is 100% better and with nicer ppl. I will never go back to play this. I feel sorry for those who choose to stay.
I feel like I've been raped by these bans.
Oh well, had my say... I'm done.
