Closed Ap resets bugged / ranking bugged

    IGN: cocostella / mooncake/ yolkpastry/doodoog/vette/veltea/kehan/ryouichi/doodoohs/doodoose
    When I used Aprests to -mp + hp , my charac cocostella will suddenly dc,
    and I can't even drop the ap resets out.
    And when i want to put ap resets in cash shop to see bug fixed it appeared this notice.

    then my charac cocostella can't cc or change map when i try to let ap in cashshop

    btw my charac only doodoog have ranking now , others all not available.

    can this fixed?

    still have this issue after sc[:confused:]
    but bishop can trade ap resets now, only 1 left and can't .
    this one can't trade/drop/put in cashshop/ use

    Yes! But still no rank. After my self ban quest done, almost all of my charac don’t have rank until now.
    And AP Resets still let me dc.

    When was your unban date?
    And @ AP Reset, I'm not sure what's going on there. @Andreas please assist.

    We have found the issue with why you're not ranked and it'll be fixed. I'll let you know when that's done.

    now only cocostella's dc issue left.
    the first bug in royals, don't have any friend meet before.:'(

    You have to be logged out from all characters that are on the same account as cocostella.

    I have removed that bugged AP reset and refunded you 3100 NX.
    You will be able to buy a new AP reset.
