I'm posting this from my Admin account, with my antivirus off.
This is the error I get when I've chosen a directory where I want to install the game, after having deleted the files a few days ago. ( It was tooo bugged to start)

It's a specific error with transferring this file, I can transfer other files to the folder, and when I try another directory to install from it gives the same error anyway.
I can transfer the mapleroyals.exe when I rename it to something else, but when naming it back to mapleroyals it gives me the error that I dont have permission.

Sounds like your antivirus is blocking access to the folder or even deleting it. Do you have your antivirus disabled?

As stated in the beginning of the post, yes, I disabled every form of antivirus I could find. :p

You said you deleted the files a few days ago, did you also officially uninstall from Add/remove programs?

    Oh I found the issue!
There seemed to be files active from AVG, even after shutting down the program, which interveined with the installing.
    AVG Watchdog in particular.

I uninstalled AVG because that's just silly.

And yes, I did delete the entire directory and whatnot. Just to specify for people who might encounter this issue later. :)

    Thread over

Despite running on your admin accounts, windows 7 and above will by default run programs with only user privileges enabled.
Your Program Files directory is a protected system directory. Only programs that you have run as admin will be able to create files in that directory.

Try to right click the installation file and click "Run as administrator". This Should give the installer administrative rights that will allow it to install to your program files directory.

** I see you have solved your problem as I was writing this response. Make sure you don't run two antivirus programs at once, and completely uninstall your old antivirus by using their uninstall tool first. (Many antivirus softwares will not be completely uninstalled by their uninstall program created during their installation, but the companies that create them offer seperate programs that will uninstall it for you more completely.) AVG Removal Tool : http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover_en.exe **

    Thanks for the reply. :)
Removing avg was never the issue, I just assumed quitting and exiting the program would be enough to stop the components from interfering with the installation. I was wrong. :')
