This is ridiculous LOL The PIC and Mac client is great news though, but yeah when I said I apologise if it has already been mentioned it was because I haven’t read up on the latest updates and such. As for the pin, yeah sometimes I have a private VPN on since it fixes my desyn in PUBG, albeit as far as I am aware, only public VPN’s are problematic and I haven’t voted on this account in over 6 months so I definitely don’t vote abuse. Tim if you’re reading this please clarify I didn’t send this to you!
I would agree with Andreas that you worded your message in a way which would seem like you had also sent it to Tim, and Tim currently deals with the majority of the PIN/PIC issues as Andreas is often busy with development work. As for what you should do, I would suggest sending a PM to Tim instead.
I replied presuming you had never received a reply from Andreas after the last message shown in the screenshot. However the screenshot shows you sent the message 10 minutes ago, so I presume you haven't waited very long for a response... If that's the case I would also suggest being more patient for replies.
