Recently Kai has been hosting the Mind and Body Challenge and I've had a ton of fun participating in it. It is always nice to see groups of players coming together, actively participating and competing in an activity. For this reason, I think it'll be great for the community and the game as a whole to host more GM events.

I've been thinking maybe a schedule could be set up? Kai can host his Mind and Body Challenge one week while the other GM's take turns alternating and coming up with their own unique events on different weeks. I know the GM's are probably busy dealing with other game related issues but I think this will be incredibly beneficial to everyone who plays this game.

Just to kind of elaborate as to why I think it's pretty crucial to have more GM events:

The problem with the current events (cake, maple tree, golden pig) is that it kind of gets dull after a while since it's not really actively engaging the community. Sure it requires a group effort to defeat the cake boss or to have enough sunshine for the gold leaves to drop from the Maple Tree, but it's not actively challenging the community. There's nothing hard about whacking a cake boss 150 times and there's nothing hard about going into a special map for a tree to drop leaves. The reward process, in both cases, aren't very exciting either. You're essentially just turning in either a gold leaf or a birthday present and praying to RNG god that you'll get something worthwhile.

Kai's Mind and Body Challenge Event is great because it sets up a competitive atmosphere. Out of the first round only the top 10 are allowed to proceed into the second round. It's events like these that engages the community since the players are competing against each other instead of fighting a monster from the game. Also, it's not luck/RNG dependent so it gives everyone a fair chance to succeed. I'm not writing this to say that the events that are going on are bad, I still appreciate the Royals staff for adding this event in since it's better than having nothing. I just hope events in the future can be more competitive instead of having a "grindy" feeling and I think hosting more GM Events can help solve this issue.

Although I enjoy these events and am willing to kill my sleep over this, I would strongly disagree with this. There are people who just can't do JQs and by hosting more events, you're ultimately creating a large meso gap as the prizes of these events have a lot of value. It would be very unfair to those who do not possess the capability of doing JQs.

If these Mind and Body Challenges can start out differently on the other hand, as opposed to always thinning out the herd through the JQ, that would be a different story. Each part of the Mind and Body Challenge should have an equal chance of appearing at a random order.

I agree with you on that point actually. I understand not everyone can do JQ's and I do think Kai should try to change the order of the events for his Mind and Body Challenge. To respond to your concern about the large meso gap, I think a good way to counteract this is to maybe make the chairs or NX items all winners receive untradeable? That way it wouldn't create a huge affect on the market. I think the main goal of participating in these GM events shouldn't only be about the prizes, it should be about having fun and doing something different other than grinding, selling leech, or bossing.

I will not be doing anymore Mind & Body, or in fact, any GM events till December 2018 due to academic. However, we have planned to introduce a proper GM event system in update 56, and that will definitely come before December. So, see you guys then. :)
