lvl86 Ranger training spots?

Where to train my lvl 86 ranger? AR maxed, strafe 11 (won't rise strafe anymore). Average (?) range (~1,3k-2,5k with ciders). Got HS, HB, Haste.

Or Typhons? It will be hard to bring your HS there, although the EXP can be great.

 

Typhoonsare a but high for 86 I think. You might be able to ulu 2 party train, would suggest a partner though

 

Possibly, but I remember being there with my Ranger in GMS and I don't even think I ever reached Lv. 86 with him...
It's worth a try.
OP, if you wish, I can do a calculation for you on what you will hit on Typhons at your level (I have this feature built into a half-finished application)

Everybody suggests Ulu City but Maple World is bigger than that

Ulu might be the best though, I am not arguing against it (I simply don't know enough)

 

grind pt in either ludi or ulu would be best

why ulu2? the spawn is awkward compared to ulu1, you wont regret taking my advice

 

All the suggestions above are optimal for an AR build. If you want to use Strafe, then go hunt HH (headless horseman) or Newties. (and also first max strafe obviously)
I know some people choose to not max strafe though, since it's kind of useless in 4th job (this could be discussed)

 

Great! I am indeed leaving Strafe lvl 11 to max Mortal Blow and Inferno. Thanks for the suggestions so far, I guess I will test Spirit Vikings and Ulu.

 

Try ulu1 or wolf spider. Do note you will burn a lot of pots.
