Why do you think you got banned?: I think I got banned because both my self and my brother wanted to play this game, and I started before him so I told him about this game so he started playing got to level 15 and I told him about the nx vote, after he tried to get nx it did not allow him to vote, I asked my friend who also plays mapleroyals why can't my brother vote? So he said the you can only vote once from a household so now my brother is not playing, and only I play but we tried voting once from 2 accounts and after that we did not do anything that is bannable.

Indeed, but I played for him because he is mostly in the army, and after I knew that you cannot vote more than once for the whole house, I stopped playing for him because I didn’t want to get banned. Irony hahah
So now he doesn’t play at all.

Unfortunately, did you know that account sharing is against the rules?

 

No, not really I just downloaded the game after my friend to me to, and he also told me that I can get 8k NX every 24 hours, so I thought that maybe you can create a number of accounts and make more NX, but once I leveled up the other account to level 15 my friend told me that you cannot vote more that once from the same house. So I did not have too much to do about that after I already tried. Besides that information that I just wrote, no I did not know that account sharing is against the rules. It was a human mistake, how should I know that it's not allowed if I didn't get a message about it or anything like that. Maybe there is one in the Acceptance of Agreement, but I don't know man. I just want my account back dude, I really enjoy this game and after a mistake that I didn't even know is disallowed I get banned..
Why did I get banned anyways? for playing in 2 accounts?

Why does it matter.. Me and him play maple since we were like 8 together, I logged into his account inorder to get nx, thats the reason.
Bro I logged in once, and since then I hadnt logged in at all and he didn’t either.

 

Please understand that i am just gathering information for your appeal. In any case, what i understand now is that in addition to account sharing, you may have vote abused as well.

I will be passing this to the admin to check your vote history and in exchange for a little patience from your side, you will be informed on your ban duration once it's checked out.

Okay guys, I just read a little bit about the account sharing part of the terms and conditions, disclosure for a sec, nobody else but me played my account, I lied in order to cancel my ban or something, you can even see that the details of both accounts include my name and email and stuff like that. So, I did not share my account to nobody. That's the truth, I hope you take that in mind because there was really no sharing of any accounts in this situation. The only person who played both these accounts is me.

 

I have a question Mr. Admin, if I get banned for like 2 weeks, can I make another account by my self for my self? cuz it's a fun game and I really enjoy it. I hope you take in mind my latest message because it's really the truth, nobody else but me has played my account, not my brother neither mother or father or grandparent, or god, nobody else but me.

 

If you create an account and play during your ban that would be ban evasion and will be punished accordingly. Please read the terms and conditions thoroughly.
