Closed Sachiel Sword goes missing after putting in the cash shop

Problem: Sachiel Sword DISAPPEARED after putting it into the cash shop .
Details: When i put my Sachiel Sword into the Cash shop . and then came out and went back in. it disappeared.
Any GM can help me with this? i won this from Kaii's event.

Still missing from my Cash Shop Inventory.
Edit : Also tried trading it or dropping it before the cause of problem . It wouldn't work too before putting it into the cash shop and then disappeared..

Edited : Just realize i lost my Shooting Star Medal From my Cash Inventory too....

 

Your items will remain "missing" until update 56.

Yes unfortunately, as that is when issues with the ID system are fixed.

 

@Kai @Sof Is it possible to be refunded with another type of EVENT NX Equip Prize similar to this Sachiel Sword eg; Janus , Veamoth , etc ? . Is there really no other options than waiting ?

If possible , and it happens to hit Update 56 . i can always return the sachiel sword back to you guys. :/

Hello GMs, looking back at this post. I have came across several other posts that are almost similar to mine which is ; Having their items disappeared from their inventory and as well as cash equips/ap resets disappearing from their cash inventory and cash shop, as well as being unable to be traded.

What i would like to know is. What if it really happens to come to Update 56, how can i be assured that the Sachiel Sword will just re-appear at my cash shop inventory again. And apart from looking at what i have also lost which is "Shooting Star Medal" from my cash inventory, it has also disappeared from my cash inventory a few days after my Sachiel Sword disappeared, and even after Update 55 came across, my "Shooting Star Medal" has also yet to re-appeared at my cash inventory giving me the hopes that maybe even when update 56 hits by, my Sachiel Sword will still not be returned with any assurance.

How can i be assured that me waiting for Update 56 to come by, will prove to me that i'm not wasting my time to just pass by foolishly or giving me high hopes of what i'm about to expect.

 

Will i get any answer for this?....

 

Your Sachiel Sword is not gone forever, we just ask that you remain patient until a fix is applied to cash items disappearing in the next patch.

EDIT : Checked My Cash Shop after the Update , Sachiel Sword still remains disappeared from my inventory so as my . Shooting Star Medal.
