    Last thing you did: I logged in approximately 20+ hours from time of posting this thread. Lagged and didn't do much before logging off.
    Why do you think you got banned?: I have absolutely no idea. Might it be because I started voting on another account few days back? However I made sure that the 24 hours passed on the account I voted on before I did it on another one.

    Thanks for your swift reply Ray. I have been using the same connection ever since I started playing on Royals 2 months back. Is there any way that I can troubleshoot this? I have tried restarting both my modem (actually my phone, since I'm tethering/using hotspot) and my laptop.

    Hi there Ray, I've managed to log in now. Not sure why the first restarting didn't work, but the 2nd time worked. Thanks again! Appreciate if you could close this thread for me. :)

    Dynamic IP maybe, next time when this happen just restart the modem.
