I sent a PM to @Andreas about my issue. I meant with my last comment that the username and password I am using is definitely correct but won't let me on.
I don't know why this keeps getting closed. This is NOT solved. @Andreas said my issue will be handled here.
Hi, reopened, need some clarification. You are sure your log in id and password is correct, however you are getting the "This is an ID that has been deleted/blocked" message when you try to log in? Have you sent you id and password to an admin? Is there any chance your ign is surate?
You were banned in 2016 due to a malicious user potentially having had access to your account. Your character surate has been unbanned.
