    Problem: Could not log in to my account and the error message like this thread title popped up
    Details of what I was doing: Keep dc-ed due to my poor internet connection. Definitely did not delete my character. When I logged in to my account now in MapleRoyals website, "temporarily disabled" is stated when I clicked character fixes.
