Finally solved my issue with this
    [IMG]

Read above that monitor needs to be set at 60 Hz so I went to go check and my main monitor is at 59 Hz, I switched my main monitor to my second monitor which is at 60 Hz and instantly was able to run the game.

    Such a weird issue...

After hours of trying to find a solution to fix it, I finally found a app that works perfectly. All you have to do is install it, put it in any file, anywhere. Then you simply launch it. It works out the rest by itself!
What it does it automatically resizes any resolution of any app that launches (But only if it is not compatible with your computer)
This worked perfectly for me and is a extremely small app that does not bother you at all.

(I don't know if it works for MAC)

I right clicked "mapleroyalsfullscreen.exe" -> compatibility tab -> "change settings for all users" -> checked off "run this program in compatibility mode for:" -> Windows 7 (because i use windows 7). this fixed my error
